When scheduling a visit within a field work order the date and time selection is too touchy. The moment you select a date and time and click away it sets it as if it is confirmed. Would love to have a CANCEL and OK BUTTONS in the window before clicking away. See example

Use case - in a multiple day installation project I believe I have to create each visit manually and manually set the start and end time. It would save many clicks and scrolls if there was a way either to copy and paste a visit and just change the date (so the start and times would be the same as the visit being copied) or if there was a way to set multiple visits over many days in one effort to set it (not sure of UI setup but could be a checkbox for multiple days for the visit and then once first and last date are set and start/end time set every visit is created at once rather than having to click and create 4, 5, or more visits manually).

We need to be able to schedule a date range. Right now we are only able to schedule a time range in a given date. When working with utility companies they give us a date range (example: Monday - Thursday time TBD) for utility related tasks. Inspections sometimes work this way as well and there is no way to capture this info for a visit.

I've noticed that in the new menu view, the calendars have separated projects and service work into two distinct schedules, while on the old menu, they were one in the same. Being able to see everything simultaneously was quite helpful and I would like the option to keep the calendar view that way with the new menu.

I would love to see the ability to add a banner on the calendar that has customizable text and isn't assigned to a project or account. It would not have any checklists, forms, line items, etc... attached. Just a plain text banner (mostly used for notification like an employee being off)

I am looking for a sort function/dropdown in the Unscheduled column to aid our scheduler in the triage of projects. It should sort by Label, Priority, and Project Type.

In the smart view for our installation calendar, can we add the assignee name to show up in the work order once its added to the calendar? What I'm trying to accomplish is being able to see who is assigned to each individual work order on the calendar. The current process is to click on every individual work order to see which crew or tech was assigned. We're currently scheduling 6 crews daily for solar installs and 8 individual service technicians on any given day. It's a slow process to schedule everyone when I have to manually click on everything to ensure nobody is missed. Other CRM's I've used in the past have the ability to show a crew number or name on the work order.

Relates to dispatcher/scheduling: This is a "nice to have", but from a non-US mindset, it's confusing to see the week start on a Sunday. If you seek to deploy platform internationally, it would be a good quality of life feature to introduce

We would love the ability to customize how the calendar week is displayed. Currently, the layout is fixed, and we would appreciate the option to adjust it based on preferences

Can we add the Federal Holidays to automatically populate on all Calendar Views. This will help us when it comes to scheduling around federal holidays in which we're typically closed. Doesn't have to be anything big, maybe the day is a different color with the holiday written on it in the corner or something to that effect.
