Feature Requests

We would love the ability to customize how the calendar week is displayed. Currently, the layout is fixed, and we would appreciate the option to adjust it based on preferences

Can we add the Federal Holidays to automatically populate on all Calendar Views. This will help us when it comes to scheduling around federal holidays in which we're typically closed. Doesn't have to be anything big, maybe the day is a different color with the holiday written on it in the corner or something to that effect.

It would be helpful when scheduling to see a map view of all projects with the ability to filter to certain stages. Use case would be when scheudling a site survey, installation, or other site visit you can see which projects are closest together and schedule those for the same day.

We have a request for a possible feature. We would like to be able to see the assignee to the side of the given schedules task in a similar manner to how you can see them on the unschedules list to the side.

In the smart view for our installation calendar, can we add the assignee name to show up in the work order once its added to the calendar? What I'm trying to accomplish is being able to see who is assigned to each individual work order on the calendar. The current process is to click on every individual work order to see which crew or tech was assigned. We're currently scheduling 6 crews daily for solar installs and 8 individual service technicians on any given day. It's a slow process to schedule everyone when I have to manually click on everything to ensure nobody is missed. Other CRM's I've used in the past have the ability to show a crew number or name on the work order.

We have an employee who uses the "Schedule" calendar a lot to fulfill his responsibilities as an MPU Coordinator. He wanted me to submit a feature request to you guys. Currently, when in the month view of the calendar you can scroll down to view additional weeks in the month until you get to the end of the month. Our MPU Coordinator would like to be able to keep scrolling down into the next month instead of having to scroll back up to click on the forward arrow to move the calendar view to the next month. He reports that he spends a lot of time scrolling down, then scrolling up, then clicking to go to the next month, then scrolling down, then scrolling up, etc. It would be a much more efficient and user-friendly experience if he could simply keep scrolling down to get to the next month. It would help if a task in the Schedule List View would show both date and time. Currently, date & time only appears when the task is opened.
