Feature Requests

It would be awesome if we could hover over all the completed WOs in a phase to see when they closed without having to go into each one. It would allow us to see how long the open ones have been holding up the project compared to when all the other tasks in that phase were completed.

Its confusing when blocked or completed work orders are above active work orders.

This would be an extra layer of information to prioritize jobs that we have started, but not completed based on the first visit age not the ever changing next visit

With detailed forms, project parameters can have a major influence on which sets of questions can be ignored. One option is to break longer forms up into separate forms, but being able to do this at the section level or even the question level would allow much more customization that would streamline things like detailed site surveys.

We need a way to archive a workorder/task via the API

I'd like to be able to add Project Properties columns to the Work View. We can already filter Work Orders/Tasks by Project Properties, but I'd like to be able to see those values on-screen. It would allow my to check that my filters are working the way I intend them to.

As of right now if the type is TRAVEL in a timesheet it returns $0. We would need it to calculate the hourly rate of the user just like it does when WORKING.

We currently use forms to upload documents (such as permits and stamped plans), but manually reorganizing these files within CN consumes a lot of administrative time. To streamline our workflow, we would love to see a feature that allows files uploaded via a form to be automatically filed into a specific folder (e.g., our Permitting Docs folder) and instantly made viewable in the client portal. Ideally, this could be solved in one of two ways: Preset Form Actions: Allow us to configure a form so that any document uploaded to a specific field is automatically routed to a designated folder and shared to the portal. Form Toggles: Give us the option to toggle "Auto-File to Folder" and "Share to Portal" on or off for individual document fields within any form.

When adding a date to any field, it would be very helpful to have a "Today" button on the calendar that comes up. Example attached. It would save some time needing to confirm todays date and sometime scrolling through the calendar if the previous date was far back.
