With detailed forms, project parameters can have a major influence on which sets of questions can be ignored. One option is to break longer forms up into separate forms, but being able to do this at the section level or even the question level would allow much more customization that would streamline things like detailed site surveys.

Forms can get very long (ex. detailed site survey), would be nice to be able to expand one section of the form at a time for easier navigation.

There are editable features in coperniq that have no way of being automated at the moment. For example, I would like to create a trigger based on when a visit date is updated but this is currently not an option. I would also like forms to be automatically created without attaching it to a work order but it is also not an option. Is there a way we can make automations more versatile?

Ex. some homes have 2 types of roof. for each type, I want the surveyor to fill in 10 questions. Rather than rebuild these questions with same dropdowns, and maintain two copies, it would be great to be able to drop in a form section template. If I went the route of creating a standalone form, then I'd have to duplicate it (and maintain 2 copies) in order to use both in the same project workflow. Would be awesome to be able to save a form question and a form section as templates, and reuse them multiple times within a form as well as across forms.

It would be great to have a DATE option as a form option other than a project property where you can add the date from a calendar vs typing in the date.

A critical issue we are having is not being able to rename a WO or form from the mobile App. An example is we have created an RFI office WO template and when the field crew creates the RFI from the WO template on the mobile app they cannot change the name from the default template name. The name can only be changed using a web browser on a laptop or PC or fumble through it on a web browser on phone or tablet. This is hindering us on many templates and thus field operation optimization. Example: WO or Form Template Titile: Request for Information (RFI) Once created need to change name on mobile App to: RFI #001-Conflict Between Subarray 1A and Mechanical Vent Another issue is on the mobile app you cannot comment on a form and only on a work order. You can however comment on a form on the desktop but not on the mobile app. this creates confusion.

Could we please add the primary contact's email and phone # to the work order on Mobile App so our techs can easily call them when needed.

It would be nice to be able to put On Hold individual WOs rather than the entire phase. Some things can still be worked on or need to be completed prior to project going on hold, and putting just one WO on hold will stop the project when all else within the phase is completed and/or remove it from our task lists but allow others to continue their work.

I would like to create visit, but not select a date to indicate that this WO "Needs Scheduled"

This would be an extra layer of information to prioritize jobs that we have started, but not completed based on the first visit age not the ever changing next visit
