Feature Requests

Would like an automation to be able to start a phase early based on property updates,work order status etc.

When updating a form that exists within a work worder the updates do not go live. It would be nice to have the forms update instead of having to archive and delete and add a the form again.

The current statuses are Active, On Hold, Cancelled, and Completed. It would be nice to have a Not Qualified status to put projects into. For example if someones roof is in rough shape that technically wouldn't be a cancelled project. It would be a NQ'd project. Reason we would like it specify that a bit more is because when we do drip campaigns with our customers that intentionally cancelled to try to win their business back we would like to avoid those drip campaigns going to those that were actually DQ'd. A bit cruel to those homeowners that wanted to be installed but couldn't do to a quality of their home issue.

When making changes to a workflow. There has to be a way to send those changes to multiple work flows. IE solar installer with multiple dealers. you make one change to the work flow and then manually do it to 6 others. Instead when saving changes a box should open where it says "apply changes to other workflows" and you can individually, multi select the other workflows. IE all the solar dealers but not to your roofing workflow.

Would like to default the # of clients per page to at least 50

It would be nice to have a status on the Work Order for Failed inspections or Fixes or PENDING - for documents pending - I know there is WAITING - but there needs to be a RED label that indicates there is a problem.
