In the smart view for our installation calendar, can we add the assignee name to show up in the work order once its added to the calendar? What I'm trying to accomplish is being able to see who is assigned to each individual work order on the calendar. The current process is to click on every individual work order to see which crew or tech was assigned. We're currently scheduling 6 crews daily for solar installs and 8 individual service technicians on any given day. It's a slow process to schedule everyone when I have to manually click on everything to ensure nobody is missed. Other CRM's I've used in the past have the ability to show a crew number or name on the work order.
