Workflow UI work order view - allow dynamic and static views of work orders / tasks in the workflow.

The current UI dynamically changes the order of the work orders in each phase based on at least one criteria, the WO status (perhaps others).
Our desire is to use the workflow as a guide of the chronological order of the work and we want to keep it static. This could be a configurable option at the Company level.
