When moving a project to "on hold," "cancelled," or back to active, it asks for a note to say why, but then only puts that note in the feed without any reference to what that note was from. If it could somehow say "project moved to on hold" or "project moved to cancelled" as a header for that note, maybe even color coded to match the status colors, that would make more sense.
