Time Based Automations

The automations feature is AMAZING! However, they are all based on project movement in one way or another. Is there a way to set an automation based on time? For example, we'd like to be able to send an automated SMS/ email after 10 days/ 20 days/ etc in a given stage to let homeowners know we are still working on whatever stage it's in.

Max Kazakov Thank you for sharing this info. I've dug into it and the SLA violation is great and I've set up some automations using this feature. I will keep experimenting with automations as a whole and provide some more feedback soon.

Max Kazakov We have been using the SLA violation features in CPQ and they work well. However, for time based automations they are limited to two times (Yellow and Red SLA Violations). It would be nice to have more options for the automations and be able to fully customize their time based functions.
Additionally, when it comes to sending texts or emails, a nice feature would be to be able to scheduled these communications (similar to most email providers allow, and how Job Nimbus also allows for their users to schedule text messages.) For example, if I'm working on a project at 7 PM, but don't want an SMS message to go out to them until 7 AM, it would be nice to be able to schedule it to do so.
