Just a UI/design feature request. When scrolling through the phases it would be nice for the reminders and teh +work button along with the search bar and show archived button stat STATIC (kind of like freezing the top row of an excel spreadsheet).

When we need to add work to a later phase we have to scroll all the way back up to click the button. And the reminders "disappear"
