When I am making a comment, I can upload a document or image from my device, but I would like to be able to refer to a document that it already uploaded into the system. Use case below. A crew submits an invoice for labor that needs to be paid. Our Project Manager approves the bill and it is in the docs section of the project. Now, we create a work order for the finance team to pay the bill. I want to be able to go into the work order and send my finance team a comment and refer to the specific bill that needs to be paid. Right now I would have to upload it again from my computer.
