Max Kazakov we want to use collaboraters to add someone who oversees the work in a work order. For example, a project manager could be a collaborator on the install work order. So they can stay up to date on what happening in the feild and keep the customer in the loop. Another example, a design revision. We would like to add individuals as collaborators so they are aware to not schedule an inspection or request an approval until the design revision is complete. All of these are situatuions we were prefer to usethe collaborators function. But because you are only notified when you are added as a collaborator, not when anything on the work order progresses or when its complete, the collaborators function becomes somewhat useless.
