We need to role-based-access control comments. There should be three permission scopes:

* My comments (comments where I’m @mentioned)

* Team comments (comments where my teammates are @mentioned)

* All comments

Otherwise some limited users (sales reps, techs, etc...) can see comments not meant for their eyes.
