Via the web UI its possible to add comments to a photo, so rather than add photos to comments, there is a great way to do the opposite (add comments to photo). However, this doesn't work for someone using the mobile app, as there doesn't appear to be a way to add a comment to a photo via the mobile app UI. Would love to see this added!

Example use case: during install the Worker found an obstruction that requires a change in the route an electrical pipe run takes. They want approval from PM that the new route is ok. They upload photo to form/docs, but need to be able to tag the PM to take a look and make a decision given the photo of the obstruction.
