In the web UI, you can start a conversation on a specific photo. But this option doesn't appear in the mobile app. Most of the time the app user is the one adding the photo, and it would be helpful if they can add a comment and tag the PM or others. Ex. "here is a pic of this obstruction I found, @PM can we shift the plan for the pipe run to the opposite wall?"

(note: alternatively the option to add a photo to a note would work too. key is to have a way to associate a photo and a conversation)
