Team, we are reviewing this feature at the moment. Stay tuned 👍👍👍

That's a great idea Natalie. What are specific types of comments that require acknowledgement/management? I'm curious if, in the meantime, there's another approach we've seen folks use (Reminders come to mind)

Max Kazakov it would be anything that would be nice to give acknowledgment of but unnecessary to leave a whole comment for.
For example, someone tagging the scheduler to schedule a job a certain way and the scheduler doesn't have any follow up questions, they could quickly like the comment to say they received the message rather than leave a comment saying, "will do, thanks!".

Max Kazakov Something that I would like added in addition to Natalie Laird's suggestion is to allow emoji "reactions" to comments. This would allow for a "thumbs up" and/or something that is more descriptive or just kind of fun. When we moved over to Coperniq initially many of our employees missed that functionality from the old system we used and it was our most requested feature and I still get asked about it.
An example of how this would be used is that someone might post a comment saying "We failed an inspection" and an appropriate response to that might be 💩. Same as giving a like, but with more 💩.
