The goal of this would be to allow for quick review of a project's pertinent information and remove some of the clutter.

For example, I would want to see "Site Survey scheduled for 7/4/24 at 16:00", but I do not want to see "Ryan Lock updated Status of 📷 Tech Site Survey 07/04/2024, 05:33pm QUEUED -> ASSIGNED"
