There should be a way to hide the contents of an email in the portal. So I have an automation sent for when a roof is done the price of labor is emailed to accounting, but sales reps do not need to see that information. The property is hidden from them but if you send the form as an attachment than the can jus open it and see it. If you reference that property in the email itself using /project.property then they can see that as well.
