Would Like to add an option to show a headshot of the technician on their way as well as include a short bio of the technician for the customer to see.

Taylor Balac, can you give some more context here? We do show the headshot in the client portal. Are you imagining this in the email/SMS notification that gets sent? Also, short bio is an interesting idea.
