We currently use forms to upload documents (such as permits and stamped plans), but manually reorganizing these files within CN consumes a lot of administrative time.

To streamline our workflow, we would love to see a feature that allows files uploaded via a form to be automatically filed into a specific folder (e.g., our Permitting Docs folder) and instantly made viewable in the client portal.

Ideally, this could be solved in one of two ways:

Preset Form Actions: Allow us to configure a form so that any document uploaded to a specific field is automatically routed to a designated folder and shared to the portal.

Form Toggles: Give us the option to toggle "Auto-File to Folder" and "Share to Portal" on or off for individual document fields within any form.
