Edit the Single select property to show a drop-down functionality on form UI -- similar to a person property that shows only the option selected. (Could extend this to multiple select by only returning the multiple options selected in a tabbed format)

Use case: We would like to hold important information for a single WO/task in a single compact location, but if any of these fields are a single select property - the UI shows a single line for every option instead of a drop down. This makes the form clunky and does not allow for efficient data storage in a single form.
