We really like how homeowners get updates when work orders are scheduled, in progress, and done. This has helped us a lot in keeping our customers informed.

However, we’d like to ask for an update that lets us change the look of these messages. It would be great if we could customize the font styles, sizes, and the wording in the SMS and emails we send out.

For example, when a work order is scheduled, the email that goes to the homeowner looks pretty plain. If we could adjust the fonts and design, it would make our messages look more professional and help us compete with companies using platforms like Jobber.
