Would it be possible to add a prompt immediately after a phone call ends that requires or encourages the employee to document the call before moving on?
Currently, the call recording is stored in one location, while call notes and follow-up documentation are entered separately. This creates extra steps and increases the likelihood that important details are never logged.
Ideally, once a call is completed, Coperniq would automatically prompt the user to enter notes, outcomes, next steps, and any follow-up actions. Those notes would then be attached directly to the call record so that the recording, notes, and call history all live in one centralized location.
