Auto Response in the chatbox

It would be great to have an automatic response on the chatbox - modified depending on a company's need. e.g "Hi customer, We've received your message. Our office hours are from 8am - 5pm. Please expect a response from one of our team within 3hrs blablabla"
We'd like the responses to be modifiable as well.

Would love to see this feature for our customers. Having maybe 3 to 6 easily accessible, customizable, canned responses would be a wonderful feature.
