Add the ability to set a reminder if I want to be notified when a specific work order is completed

Lets say homeowner, John Smith wants to review his CAD design which is not in our standard process. I want to set a reminder based on the completion of a work order so I can ping myself when only "John Smith's" WO is completed.

For now you can create an Automation that either emails you or even reassigns the WO when moving it to REVIEW. This is a very common QA audit type of use-case. The trigger for the Automation would be the appropriate WO Template moving to REVIEW (or COMPLETED). Hope that helps!
