Currently there are 4 statuses, open, closed, cancelled and hold. In the solar industry it is helpful to have a status of "Retention". Coperniq has shared these are hard coded, but we would like to revisit this to see if we could add retention, and/or if that is a need for any other solar companies. We do have custom properties as sub-statuses, but retention has sprawled across cancelled and hold and for reporting it would be helpful to have a status of "retention".
