Since our last update we're introduced a number of changes that improve document management, speed of handoff from sales to project managers and service managers, a better way of managing all work in a centralized plane, as well as a helpful AI copilot to assist with information retrieval and common project actions. Let's dive in!
📁 Docs Management - Toggle between List & Grid Views & 'Form Folders'

View folders using the new Grid View

You can now treat Forms as if they were Folders and scan all contents using List or Grid View
You told us the old List view was fast, but Grid with thumbnails is far more helpful for QA teams, lender/inspector compliance photos, and quickly skimming visual content—so we added an instant List↔Grid toggle. We also introduced “Form Folders” and a single virtual folder to browse form photos in one place, making large libraries effortless to navigate.
  • QA reviews installation photos in Grid to verify workmanship before closeout.
  • PMs assemble compliance packs for lenders/inspectors by skimming thumbnails and multi-selecting files.
  • Teams browse all form images via the virtual folder to spot gaps without digging through jobs.
📝 Work Management - Improved List View for Work Orders, Forms, Reminders, & Action Items

Navigate all Work assigned to you or your teammates, grouped into Open, In Progress, & Closed
A unified, faster List now includes Work Orders, Forms, Reminders, and Action Items—directly addressing feedback that these were missing. Powerful filters, saved views, and bulk operations provide “nothing left on my plate” peace of mind and help leaders balance workloads across the team.
  • An engineer clears today’s tasks by filtering “Me • Due Today/Overdue,” then bulk completes what’s done.
  • A manager load-balances by saving views per owner/status and reassigning items in bulk.
  • Coordinators nudge follow-ups by bulk-updating due dates and adding reminders inline.
🙋Sales Handoff - Track Closed Won/Lost Requests & one-click create Projects/Service Work Orders
image
Create Projects or Service Work Orders with one click when closing Requests
Convert a qualified request into execution with one click—either create a multi-phase Project or a Service Work Order for one-off visits or recurring plan work. New Won/Lost statuses capture reasons for better pipeline analysis while auto-carrying client/site/scope/attachments forward to eliminate re-entry.
  • Sales marks Closed Won → Project to spin up phases/tasks and start scheduling immediately.
  • For maintenance programs, Closed Won → Service WO sets cadence, SLAs, and asset links.
  • Mark Closed Lost with reason codes to analyze pricing, timing, or ICP fit trends.

It can create comments and create reminders today, with more actions coming soon, so your team spends less time hunting and more time doing.
  • Ask, “What’s blocking Project Alpha and who owns the next step?” and have the copilot cite the source.
  • Say, “Add a reminder to call the inspector Friday and tag Tina,” and it’s created on the record.
  • Prompt, “Summarize the last week’s client thread and suggest next-step tasks,” then post as a comment.
